    HomeTool is a national member-based home services platform that provides 100% online scheduling with highly-rated local Pros for any home repair, maintenance, or improvement. Members also have access to impartial advice and answers to home-related questions by text or live chat with on-call home repair experts. Plus, members use our buying power to save 10% off labor on every appointment.
  • What types of services does HomeTool provide?
    HomeTool offers a complete range of services to repair or improve your home, including HVAC, Pest Treatment, interior/exterior painting, appliance install, drywall repair, fan install, window treatments, power washing, electrical services, gutter cleaning, and more. Plus, if we don’t list it, you can still send an online scheduling request, and we will work to find a highly rated Pro for you.
  • Who are HomeTool on-call Experts?
    You can submit any questions about your home to a team of experienced professionals. See water dripping somewhere? Not sure if a compressor failure means it’s time for a new condenser? Or, just want to make sure the work estimate looks fair? Our experts will respond to your questions with recommended solutions based on their knowledge and experience.
  • How soon can I schedule a Pro?
    In many cases, Pros can be at your doorstep within one day. Our technology matches a trusted local Pro in your area with your service request.
  • How do I know when the Pro will arrive?
    Your Pro will text or call you when they are on the way.
  • Who are the Pros reviewed and rated by?
    Almost all Pros are A-rated by the BBB and reviewed by Google and Yelp.
  • Why is the specific Pro I’m looking for unavailable?
    If the Pro you select is not available, we will make reasonable efforts to arrange an appointment with another Pro, and then confirm it with you.
  • How do I get started?
    If you’re not yet a HomeTool Member, you can sign up here.
  • Can I cancel my membership?
    You may cancel your membership at any time. You will retain all member benefits through the end of your HomeTool membership term.
  • How do I redeem a promo code?
    On our sign up page, enter the “Promo Code” in the section exactly as specified. Select “Apply Code”.
